welcome aboard, crew. you are [shift 9]; [emergency crew]
personality version [ON]

The Tellurian date is 8/11/2524, 60 years after our launch from Tellus.

The engine repair has been completed. The course has been resumed as previously charted by Navigator Flores. Apologies for the unexpected turbulence encountered within the asteroid field; however, with shields now online, structural integrity remains uncompromised. The turbulence, while momentarily disruptive, accelerated our travel time and reduced mission duration by approximately two months compared to the asteroid bypass route.

Mission parameters are once again active, though crew resources remain limited. Estimated time to reach nebula terminus is approximately two standard years. Several potential candidate planets will be evaluated for settler outpost viability along the projected trajectory.

The cryo pod system continues to exhibit random malfunctions, which remain unresolved. Diagnostic checks confirm no faults in system code or hardware, with energy fluctuations being the only anomaly detected thus far. Resolution remains pending, with no predictable pattern identified.

Mr. Wolfwood has been detained by Security following the attempted murder of Captain Drake. Under the laws of Tellus, while the severity of crimes are assessed, rehabilitation is prioritized over punitive measures in 80% of cases. A mutiny of this nature, however, typically results in dishonorable discharge and permanent disqualification from future assignments of this type.

Given the ongoing operational crisis, there are three courses of action that may be considered; indefinite confinement (resource-intensive), re-initiation of cryo sleep (inefficient due to crew size), or psychological evaluation with restricted access and monitoring (most efficient course).

Final determination will be made by the Security Division.
